I had a comfortable stay in a long time. Appreciated my rooms in good quality. The free parking was onsite, excellant service. The location for Seoul was good, short walk to downtown Gangnam or Samseong, two subway stations and Seoul Station. Spent a nice evening at Autbaek, located not too far from the venue.

The hotel is incredible, everything is wonderful. The room is reasonably large and beautifully designed with a particularly nice view. The venue is located in front of a metro station.

The location is marvellous and feet from a metro station.

The location of the hotel was central, just off subway station Gangnam, and restaurants and shops are aplenty. Everything was good, yet a few employees were not polite.

The staff turned out to be polite. The room in good quality.

They served disappointing breakfast, it can be better.

The room was spacious and comfortable.

The cleaner did not wash he cups & saucers in the room on the 3 days I stayed there. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were not provided in the room. I had to purchase these from the convenience store myself. The cable tv had only 2 international entertainment channels and 2 international news channels. All the equipment like microwave, washing machine had only Korean instructions. There was not iron and ironing board in the rooms as stated on the Booked.net website. There was no wireless wifi in the room as stated on the Booked.net. I will not stay at this hotel in future.

The room we had included TV set with satellite channels, climate control and an individual safe. The location was good for Seoul, just next door to walking shopping center and gangnam station where restaurants and Close to 2 subway stations.

Exceptionally nice and very courteous stuff, laundry facilities and wake up calls free of charge. Particularly good location feet from a subway station and main sights. Good choice of food options approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

The room was beautifully designed and clean but were n't cleaned properly. The bathroom was spotless, with a shower, hair dryers, and a bidet. The location of the property was good and excellent, to major shopping streets of Gangnam.

the hotel exceeded my expectations during my recent stay in Seoul. It had all the necessary facilities, friendly staff, and a clean and tidy environment. The comfortable bed and pillows made my stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

this was a comfortable stay, good prices. everything was wonderful, marvellous location very close to gangnam station, the staff were attentive. location: the hotel was short walk to downtown gangnam or samseong, subway and airport transfer bus stop, and various restaurants and convenient stores. ate at din tai fung gangnam, it's not too far from the venue.

Every time in Seoul, I choose this place. The hotel offers beautifully designed rooms with large refridgerator and microwave, as for instance. It has favourable location to see Samsung d'light. Cannot mention that a metro station was in front of the property.
